成都理工大学环境与土木工程学院的师资力量学院现有教职工169人，147名教师及实验室教学人员中，有教授（含研究员）35人、副教授（含副研及高工）45人、讲师（含助研及工程师）65人。其中有博士生导师16人，高级职称占教师的结构比例为55%，博士学位人数占教师的比例为74%，45岁以下教师比例为75%。是一支老、中、青有机结合，职称、年龄学历结构合理，以中青年骨干教师为主体的朝气蓬勃的教师群体。As of now, CECE has 169 faculty members, including 35 professors, 45 associate professors, and 65 lecturers. Of all these fellows, 16 are doctoral supervisors, 55% possess a senior academic title, 74% possess a doctoral degree, and 75% are under 45 years old. Therefore, CECE is a persified but firmly integrated outstanding teaching and research group consisting of a sound combination of age, degree and academic titles.
