1、所指的对象不一样：nothing一般指的是物，没有任何东西；而none通常情况下是指人，没有什么人，少数情况下，也可以指物，表示没有任何东西。

2、词性不一样，none一般是用作副词，nothing主要是用作名词。

3、用法不一样，none可以和of连用组成短语，但是nothing不能与of连用。

1、none＝not any;not one，可以指人，意为“没有什么人”；也可以指物，意为“没有任何东西“。它表示人们所谈到的人或物的多寡，即数量概念。

2、none谓语动词用单数或复数，指的是三者或三者以上的人或物中没有一个，代指上文提到的事物，含特指概念。暗示一种数量，即指数量上“一个也没有”。一般用来回答how many+n.；how much+n.及含any+n引起的疑问句。
