一、意思不同

1、none：没有一个，毫无，一点都不，绝无，绝不，不怎么。

2、nothing：没有什么，没有一件东西，无关紧要的东西，毫无趣味的事。

二、用法不同

1、none：none用作代词时，用以指前文的复数或不可数名词或代词，也可用以指后文的不可数名词或代词，还可与比较级和than连用，表示“无人”。none独立指人时，常用作复数，有时也可用作单数。当其作主语时，谓语动词可用单数形式，也可用复数形式，多用于非正式场合。

2、nothing：nothing用作代词的意思是“没有什么东西”，在句中可用作主语、宾语和表语。nothing还可接形容词、现在分词、动词不定式、介词短语或从句作后置定语。

三、指代不同

1、none：可以指人也可以指物。

2、nothing：只能指代物。
