意思不同：final：最终的。finally：终于，最终。

用法不同：final用作形容词的基本意思是“最后的，最终的”，在句中常作定语，还可指“决定性的，确定性的”，在句中多用作表语。

final是表示极限意义的形容词，没有比较级和最高级形式。

finally在列举事物时可以用来引出最后一项内容，或者是直接放在动词之前，finally常与at last换用，都可用于对往事的描述，但finally不带感情色彩，指一系列事情的最后结局。
