Can not与can’t没有区别，can't和can not都是不行、不能的意思。can't是can not的缩写形式，一般情况下，can not用于书面与当中，can’t用于口语体较多。当我们要表示不能或者不允许做某事的时候，应该用can not这个词。如：l can not give the actual figures.我不能给出实际数字。
